Years ago I paid for a full car detail, $320. They charged extra for a literal handful of leaves in the hood, like maybe 10 leaves… a normal amount of leaves and the car was overall in great shape. I figured they were hard up, desperate to squeeze every dollar out of their few clients, in exchange for them never coming back. Surprised to see them in business still.

I reached out for a basic window tint quote, which is standard consumer behavior in any competitive market economy where people compare prices and services. Instead of providing a quote or simply explaining their pricing and product tiers, I was met with a dismissive and rude response implying that asking to compare options means I’m only looking for the “cheapest” work and that their shop isn't for me. That’s not how legitimate markets work—transparency and competition are normal. The follow-up reinforced a “call us and don’t shop around” approach rather than just answering a straightforward request. The tone and refusal to engage normally in pricing feels evasive and, frankly, shady for a service business in this space. I chose not to proceed based on the interaction and strongly urge you to go elsewhere too.

I had a great experience here. After reading a few bad reviews given to them I can’t understand why people would say what they did. I am 54 years old. I’ve been dealing with aftermarket car shops since 1988. I know a shady shop as soon as we start talking. This is far from that. I dealt with William the owner as soon as I walked through the door. He was as polite and professional as you can be. He never tried to upsell me. He explained all my options for Tinting and even gave my wife and I a demonstration to show how the Xpel XR-Plus works and what sets it apart from the other options . There is a true difference in the films being offered. Be mindful that you get what you pay for. I chose the Top Tier film for our car. I also chose to have them hand wash and wax the car. That was the best part. We thought we were doing a decent job keeping the paint looking good until we saw the final product. I am totally satisfied and impressed with their work. Look, if you think a business can tint your entire car for $250 don’t go here. Go to Autozone and by the film and then drive to the ghetto to the Liquor store and ask the cashier which one of his “regulars” works on cars. If you want

Very professional and punctual! I’ve been taking my cars here for sometime now. Whether you need PPF, tint, or a new wrap, they're the team to trust. They are not only efficient, but produce high quality work as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs work done to their car!!

William, the owner, replied to my questions immediately via email, after hours, providing accurate qoute ranges. We met in person at the business, which was clean and organized and very professionally run, and I selected a product that they completed while I waited while the work was completed (all windows on a sedan tinted). It was approximately a 1 hour and 10 min wait, which was also accurate to his estimate. I find these components of customer service important. And importantly, the vehicle looks great! The price was fair, very good facility, great customer service, and excellent outcome.
